Job Responsibilities
- Manage all production activities in responsible area
- Ensure overall performance of production operations
- Actively sustain safety in the workshops
- Advise team to solve all production/process problems or issue
- Connect with management team for any abnormal and emergency situation
- Work closely with other departments during the shift period and make sure everyone respect the company rules about quality, safety and environment policy
- Manage the production team to achieve the production output, service, quality, and cost
- Follow the development and training plan for the production team
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 Years’ experience in Production and 8 year's in management level
- Direct experience from metal stamping industries.
- Possess strong leadership, problem solving skill
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Good command of English
- Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
