Raw material planning

Managing and controlling material available to support production

Collaborating with warehouse operations team for material delivery plan and ensuring sufficient warehouse space to support incoming materials.

Maintaining and updating plan parameters in Oracle or related.

Managing and controlling non-quality inventory in order to minimize write off.

Meeting or overachieving inventory target, advancing inventory analysis and collaborating cross function for implementation.

Implementing development supply chain KPI analysis to drive supply continuity and improvement for the E2E process.

Handling the preventive supply chain issues into production planning, customer distribution thereby communicating with mitigation plan.

Discover, analyze and solve problems of business

Have knowledge and able to resolve the problem of Import process and all document support with suppliers.

Supplier Management

Providing supplier’s performance report on delivery and services to buyers.

Being part of the supplier improvement program.

Minimizing write off from the transition SKUs.

5 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing or related positions from global MFG with the dynamic organization is necessary.

Proven record/experience in MRP functionality in any ERP system.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Knowledgeable in the import and export process.

Good verbal and written communication skill in English.

Bachelor or higher in Logistics Management, Administration or related fields.
