Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of the service standards to develop a customer caring network and to achieve the objectives set in terms of customer satisfaction.
- Promote the Parts & Service sales to meet budget.
- To identify branch training needs & work together with product specialist towards the optimization of the training program.
- Provide product problem feedback to product marketing and warranty team and support the Customer Assistance Center in customer handling.
- Performs any assignment from supervisor.
Experience requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience in management team.
- Familiar with construction machine and construction.
- Good command in English skill.
Education requirements
- University degree or above, majored in Economics, Management or Engineering related major
