Job Responsibilities
- Management of sea freight - export operational (NVOCC)
- Profit and loss observation and maintaining by monitoring of cost and revenue of shipment
- Coordinate and negotiate with customers, external agents, carriers, and other related parties
- Provide problem solving, claims handle with related parties
- Handle renewal of registration Multi Modal Transportation Operator Foreign and Thai document as well as Global Insurance Policy.
- Management of team members (10 persons) to run operation smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct related report
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
- At least 10 years experience in Logistics, NVOCC and Ocean Freight Forwarding Business.
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC certificate will be a big plus)
- Positive thinking and service minded
