Job Responsibilities
- Control in-process inspection / Final inspection
- Monitor & Follow up problem improvement in-process
- Set up KPI, Work instruction and Budget of department
- Control calibration system / measurement equipment
- Control prepare report / test result report to support customer requirement
- Participate APQP team and core tool review
- Review monthly report to H/Q
- Conduct a review of subordinate performance appraisal and conduct coaching & counselling
- Promote quality activity (Safety, Save Energy, QCC, 5S and Kaizen)
- Update the laws concern organization
- Setting QC quality objective
Experience requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Control function from Automotive industry
- Direct experience in Quality Control In-process
- Good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other QC tools
- Having knowledge of VDA 6.3
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- Strong people management skills and leadership skills
- Positive thinking and CAN-DO attitude
Education requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering fields
