Job Responsibilities
- Follow up the information with the each team lead and gather the developed outputs into central system/database.
- Communicate to the related team/function once the outputs are complete.
- Arrange monthly meeting to update the progression and find the alternative solutions.
Experience requirements
- Experienced in transformation / change management / project management.
- Good command of English.
- Competent in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, BD and Operations.
- Possess management and business acumen skills with understanding the ideal process of business process improvement and HR management.
Education requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in related field.
