Job Responsibilities
- Deliver legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities
- Drafting, preparing, and negotiate contractual agreements with external vendors
- Researching and ensuring that the company complies with all related rules and regulations
- Coordinating with external legal consultants including litigators and auditors
- Providing, assisting, and supporting other departments with consultation on legal issues
- Updating and researching on the up-to-date laws and regulations related to the company’s business
- Other related jobs
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law
- At least 5 – 10 years of experience
- Experience in Retails industry is a plus
- First-class knowledge in Corporate and Commercial, and Variety of Contracts
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
