Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and control brands to achieve sales with A&P budget and market share targets.
  • Develop brand strategies and implement annually marketing activities effective to achieve brand target and KPI.
  • Analyze sales, market, consumer research and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis.
  • Manage and work closely with cross function includes advertising agency to ensure NPD, advertising and promotion are implemented successfully to achieve KPI&ROI target.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Marketing.
  • Experience in marketing, FMCG is preferable.
  • Good command in English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, analytical skill is a must Understanding and be able to analyze data, market situation.
  • Law regarding business operations.
  • Leadership skill (Strategic Leadership or Excellent Supervisory skill).
