Senior Manager - Business Controller

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to businesses for sound financial and operational decision-making.
- Oversee the planning, monitoring, and management of costing activities (CAPEX, OPEX, material cost, people costs) for site.
- Analyze and report plant-level financial performance (production order analysis - standard vs. actual cost -, productivity) and operational performance.
- Conduct detailed costing analysis for CAPEX, OPEX, and people costs for each business.
- Drive strategic & tactical decisions for Finance function and line up resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with strategic goals and global Finance strategic goals.
- Act as the financial thought partner to the business, building capabilities and financial acumen across the corporation in order to deliver the best of us to our customers.
- Oversee and deliver all financial procedures, processes, controls, and insights to support the set-up of a faster and more agile manufacturing functionality.
- Monitor performance and drive improvement of the financial health while not compromising on Pandora’s ability to deliver highest standards of products on time to its customers.
- Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all shared services functions.
- Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.
- Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, manned with ideal team players, working as a true team across sub-functions. Embody strong culture of collaboration.
Experience requirements
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields with at least 5 years in plant controlling/costing areas and management experience
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs and effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Being inspirational leader, self-motivated, smart, strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent communication both in Thai and English
