Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall manpower, production, quality control, safety, cost and time management to ensure productivity
- Plan and handle productivity follow up regulation and delivery schedule
- Ensure productivity regulation provide under improvement safety, standard quality and deduction cost
- Motivate, support, training and guiding production staffs to improve process of productivity which reduction of cost and time
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Collaborate and provide support internal maintenance with standard tools and equipment to decreasing unprocessed and increase productivity
- Cooperate with team lead to ensure quality assurance as requirement and standards policy
- Plan and handle effective direction for relevant department to deal with internal and external audit
- Prepare and update reports for checking and improve production line
Education requirements
- Experience at least 12-15 years in production manufacturing, factory manager or related
- Experience in plastic molding and injection
- Experience at least 10 years in automotive parts
- Experience at least 10 years as management
- Japanese is required : Strong communicate to business level - JLPT N2 or above
- Communication, Negotiate and Management skill
