Job Responsibilities
- Develop customer experience standards and implement customer success playbook for sales and marketing teams
- Review and pull insights from analytics and data
- Develop, collaborate, measure to drive continuous improvement in BCX
- Implement change that anticipates and addresses customer questions, and needs
- Co-create journey maps and personas with sales and marketing teams; identify opportunities for customer experience improvements
- Ensure sales and marketing teams execute programs and campaigns against Brand and Customer
Experience requirements
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding or any related filed
- Strong experience in Branding, Customer Experience in Retail, QSR business
- Experience in consumer/customer user journey, research and/or data analytics preferred
- Fluent in English is a must
- Strategic thinking, conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills
