Job Responsibilities
  • Develop customer experience standards and implement customer success playbook for sales and marketing teams
  • Review and pull insights from analytics and data
  • Develop, collaborate, measure to drive continuous improvement in BCX 
  • Implement change that anticipates and addresses customer questions, and needs
  • Co-create journey maps and personas with sales and marketing teams; identify opportunities for customer experience improvements
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams execute programs and campaigns against Brand and Customer
Experience requirements
  • Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding or any related filed
  • Strong experience in Branding, Customer Experience in Retail, QSR business
  • Experience in consumer/customer user journey, research and/or data analytics preferred
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Strategic thinking, conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills
