Job Responsibilities

Business Development

  • It’s a Sales job; you will enjoy contacting clients, understanding their needs, and delivering service levels beyond their expectations
  • You will need to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI targets, including a Sales target with commission incentives.
  • Develop client base and identify opportunities for business development, negotiate rates and fees, close deals
  • This role is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves the thrill of the sale and approaching and establishing new client relationships.


Recruitment

  • Sourcing candidates via various channels including traditional job boards and social media.
  • Attracting high potential candidates and developing a candidate pool to meet client’s requirements.
  • Using both skills and competency-based interviewing techniques to match candidates to the right jobs for their careers.
  • Engage and implement candidate relationship management including providing career advice and guidance to candidates.


Delivering HR Solutions

  • As the leading HR Solutions provider in the world, we offer our clients a full spectrum of HR services beyond the Permanent Recruitment service, and you will be at the forefront of presenting these services to clients.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with all related parties through either telephone or face-to-face meetings.
  • To keep both candidates and clients informed about the status of recruitment activities from initial steps until completion.
  • Keep up with the industries and functions, market update/research and level of organization along with the scope to provide solutions to both client and candidate.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA or any related fields
  • New graduate students are welcome
  • Having experience in Sales or Business Development or Business Support (any industry) is a plus.
  • Superb Skills in the areas of Negotiation, Presentation, Selling, Coordinating and Problem Solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus)
  • Pleasant and smart personality and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platform.
