Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall human resources management for the plant including delivering, coordinating and implementing HR tasks as well as providing and managing necessary HR activities such as recruitment, time attendance, communication, compliances, discipline, learning, and employee & labor relations etc.
  • Deploy services, provide input on HR policies, processes and programs to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding and support learning initiatives including conducting learning needs analysis, developing learning content, delivering trainings.
  • Manage or lead investigations regarding to misconduct or non-compliance, and communicate findings to manager, HR Business Partner, and/or Legal as well as monitor and resolve discipline issues, appeals process, conducting meetings, and determinations.
  • Manage documentation of all materials and decisions related to employee and labor relations investigations and support and collaborate with other function within the plant to ensure smooth operation or as needed.


Experience requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in related fields with at least 5 years of directed experiences as HR Generalist in multinational manufacturing or relevant businesses
  • Knowledgeable in HR practices, policies, practices, and procedures and Thailand Employment law
  • Competent in computer and fluent communication in English and ready to work independently in multinational environment
