Job Responsibilities
- Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for customers properly and promptly
- Be the point of contact for Executive assistant and responsible for providing customer care
- Coordinate with our partners or third party in Vietnamese and support to solve the issue
- Input and update all the records in system or files properly
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
- Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner, good analytical skill, attentive to details
- Be able to work in shifts
