Procurement Supervisor - Indirect (Rayong)

Food Manufacturing 

• Responsible for developing sourcing plans for the categories of Capex, MRO, and Business Services, as well as managing the potential supplier base to meet those goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify category opportunities and develop strategies that maximize value for the businesses.
• Monitor Supplier performance criteria, KPIs and develop scorecards for annual reviews
• Ensure all purchasing activities are in according with Company Policies and perform periodic audits of processes.
• Implementing procurement initiatives and process improvements for cost reduction, services, and supply security

• Male or Female, Thai nationality, Age not over 30 -35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in indirect procurement preferably gained in a FMCG background
• Well versed with SAP
• Able to work independently and Manage end-to-end of complex indirect purchasing project.
• Strong communicating, influencing, networking and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational skills.
• Business English is preferred
