Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet all employees and visitors at the office
  • Handle mailing services, courier, and office messenger
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate with office building’s Customer Services to fulfill office needs and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal maids and drivers to fulfil office’s hygiene standards and transportation arrangement
  • Manage stock inventory for office stationery and material e.g., pens, forms and envelope
  • Handle overall administrative tasks for external customers and internal employees
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Good in English communication both written and spoken
  • At least 1 year of experience in company administrative
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs
  • Attention to details and process
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure with timely manner
