Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all employees and visitors at the office
- Handle mailing services, courier, and office messenger
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Coordinate with office building’s Customer Services to fulfill office needs and requirements
- Coordinate with internal maids and drivers to fulfil office’s hygiene standards and transportation arrangement
- Manage stock inventory for office stationery and material e.g., pens, forms and envelope
- Handle overall administrative tasks for external customers and internal employees
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Good in English communication both written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience in company administrative
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to details and process
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active, flexible, and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure with timely manner
