Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- To develop and administer Humane Resources Management System and procedures that meets company’s need
- To implement , update and review company Human Resource Policy, procedure, and program
- To identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function and ensure policies, procedures and reporting in compliance
- To oversee recruitment processes and procedures including job posting , selection, interview, and other related tasks
Administration Management
- To maintains office services by organization office operation and procedures
- To maintain contracts, BOI license and corporate social responsibility
- To maintain continuity among corporate, division and local work teams by documenting action, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Other job assigned from supervisor
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human management or others
- Minimum 8 years working experience in related skills and minimum 3 years for management level
- Have experience working in Japanese company is preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Good in English (TOEIC 700 score)
- Good in analysis skill, communication, and presentation skill
