Sourcing Manager

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for sourcing of specified commodities with competitive prices and in a timely manner
• Responsible for sourcing and comparing cost
• Supplier selection, negotiate price, terms, and conditions
• Monitor Supplier performance criteria, KPIs and develop scorecards for annual reviews
• Ensure all purchasing activities are in accordance with Company Policies and perform periodic audits of processes.
• Implement procurement initiatives and process improvements for cost reduction, services, and supply security
• Management of price list in each of product group
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify category opportunities and develop strategies that maximize value for the businesses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Science or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sourcing with Component, Raw material, Machine Equipment, Spare Parts in the automotive business
• At least 5 years of managing level
• Experience in SAP
• Good command of English
• Strong in communication and presentation skills, managing and solving problems well
• Skilled in reading drawings and auditing suppliers
• Performing various other assigned duties
