Job Responsibilities
- Assist Sales team and sales manager
- Support daily sales activity and respond to customer inquiry via phone and email
- Prepare and issue quotation, purchase order, tax invoice, delivery note, billing document, receive cheque
- Responsible for stock controlling
- Contact with shipping section for planning delivery, also control delivery and forecast
- Responsibility for monthly sales summary report
Experience requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a sale support and inventory control
- Computer Literacy & Good in calculation and Strong in MS Excel
- Fair in English
