Job Responsibilities
- Deliver retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit.
- Contribute to the retail operations strategy with accountability for business performance, implementation, leadership and change management.
- Driving the company’s operating capabilities to deliver the best customer experience in order to build customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage daily store operation and solve problems.
- Manage and control skill & competency of staff including training, job briefing for related issues, staff product knowledge.
- Controlling expense to align with company budget.
- Continually reviewing and analyzing the performance of the brand maintaining a constant awareness of all developments in the local market including competitor activity, merchandise prices, market demographics, advertising and marketing opportunities.
- Support the execution of identified opportunities and strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Manage supplier Relationship and shelf management.
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ direct experience in the same role.
- Good command in English.
- Experienced in managing sales and daily store operations.
- Strong leadership with proven records of successfully manages staffs.
- Able to develop a teamwork environment, and be an effective team leader as well as a team player.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitasking, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and able to perform tasks accurately and reliability with excellent attention to detail.
