Job Responsibilities
- Act as the infrastructure project manager to manage local infrastructure projects, analyze the risk and impacts, and make sure the project scopes can be deployed as committed.
- Acts as the infrastructure operation support between service providers, local partners, and business entities to ensure incidents, changes, or service requests required are delivered in compliance with previously defined commitments.
- Owns the technical relationship with the service providers and local partners in terms of service management tooling and reporting requirements.
- Owns the catalog of Service Requests that can be addressed to the service providers.
- Ensures that policies and work instructions of processes are applied by the local partners and that expected roles are staffed by the local partners.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, computer engineering fields or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT infrastructure and vendor management
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with team members and management
- Thai native speaker and proficient in English
