Job Responsibilities

·        Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers

·        Responsible for customer management within the assigned sales area which includes customer visits, technical and commercial discussion, organizing application tests, generating customized offers, final negotiations, and order closing as well as post-sales payment follow up

·        Timely reporting of sales activities in the CRM system

·        Supporting marketing activities, e.g. exhibitions and customer events, in Thailand, Asia, and Germany

·        Analyzing the laser market in the responsible sales area and proposing strategies to increase sales

·        Track sales information and provide updates and sales reports

·        Responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors, and market dynamics

·        Implementing the sales plan and policy set by the company

Experience requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields

·        More than 4 years of job experience in selling manufacturing/engineering products, equipment, or project

·        Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

·        Ability to organize multiple tasks, analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

·        Willingness to travel across the responsible sales area and occasionally to Singapore/Germany

·        Motivation for sales and for buildup long term customer relationships

·        Excellent negotiation and closing skills

·        Knowledge of laser applications is an advantage

·        Good communication skills, independently working, self-driven, result-oriented, highly motivated

·        Professional team player

·        Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
