Tax Operation and Consolidation Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the Group’s multi-currency consolidation process (including extensive joint venture accounting).
- Support to develop the 5-year long-term strategic plan and annual budget for group level and monitoring the BU level planning process.
- Lead quarterly budget updates and 12- months rolling forecasts.
- Perform critical variance analysis/reporting to global management team.
- Reviews recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team.
- Performs all required management responsibilities including but not limited to implementing the company's policies, programs, and guidelines.
- Responsible for group financials closing, consolidation and external reporting (Audit Committee, Annual Report, etc).
- Prepare statutory financial statements and reports.
- Work closely with teams in all aspects of group financial management, including budgeting and forecast, tax planning.
Experience requirements
- More than 7 years’ Accounting experience preferably in consolidation role.
- Be able to work with top management team and communicate well in English.
- Strong knowledge in accounting ERP system.
- Strong communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with can do attitude.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or professional designation in accounting.
