Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular business analysis and development opportunities
- Oversee development of all new treatment protocols and training materials
- Be a professional mentor and leader to all staff members
- Manage P&L, budget planning and ensure a good ROI.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to create performance benchmarks for consistent measurement and evaluation of competencies across departments.
- Works closely with management to identify and develop high potential Team Members.
- Performs all services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering that fulfill guest expectations; based on current certifications.
- Keeps up on inventory and notifies of product needs.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
- Minimum of 5 years from clinic management especially skincare.
- Self-Motivated & Organization Skills
- Previous experience in beauty services eg: massage, nail technician, threading, waxing, or facial services
- Must have a good attitude and positive thinking and interested in wellness business
- Professional Behavior & Excellent Role Model
