Job Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse and shipping operations for an entire manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement the total plant warehouse strategy in conjunction with the goals and objects of the manufacturing facility.
- Monitor and ensure that financial objectives are met in terms of volume, cost, and quality.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for Raw material and Finish goods, space planning, inventory, shipping and receiving processes.
- Ensure items are marked with the correct identifying information using client-specific documentation methods
- Manage and direct shipping and receiving, load and unload trucks and vehicles, check and match sales orders
- Leading and supervising warehouse staff to ensure safe, team- work, organized and efficient performance
- Prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within timeline
Experience requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supervisory role in a warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge in Material Management and WMS.
- Strong Leadership / People Management skill.
- Working with 5S standard, Kaizen, Lean, Green Belt Sigma.
- Must be hands-on, willing to engage directly on the production floor
- Ability to work in a dynamic and under pressured environment
- Good command of spoken and written English for communication

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
