Job Responsibilities
- Supervise sales team and Sales section manager to meet the corporate goals.
- Supervise, inspect, guidance, and advise subordinates. Solve various sales problems, such as transfers, home inspections, and sales team complaints.
- Plan to set up booths and distribute brochures for online media off-site, as well as follow up with customers from online media.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 year experience in sales real estate or finance will be advantages.
- Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business.
- Skilled in presentation and negotiation.
- Active, good personality.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week.
- Able to work in Prachin buri or Rayong province.
- Own car with driving license.
- Have a commission with car allowance.
