Job Responsibilities
- Supervise subordinate and achieve individual/team sales target.
- Develop sales plans and sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Analysis competitors and market conditions for sales planning.
- Organize meetings with the sales team to regularly monitor the performance.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements as well as providing customers with recommendation.
- Communicate with oversea vendors to order and deliver products.
- Maintain sound relationship with customers and vendors.
Experience requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in sales manager or any related field
- Self-motivated people with excellence relationship management and communication skills
- Good command of English and Thai
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
