Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving visitors to the project in accordance with the company's standards.
- Provide detailed project information and can analyze the customer to close the sale.
- Follow up on the outcomes of the customer purchase and sale contract.
- Increase the number of contracts purchased and sold.
- Keep track of the outcomes of overdue customer installments.
- Record customer information such as reservations, contracts, and installment payments using the system.
- Prepare information and various details, such as promotions and images, to promote projects both online and offline.
Experience requirements
Experiences as a sales executive in real-estate for at least 1 years
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
