Logistics Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with related team member (engineers, logistics team members, analysts, and production managers) to improve the efficiency of workflow and the logistics improvement quality
- Follow established detailed policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
- Analyze standard contractual documents, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts.
- Support and implement the usage of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) techniques (e.g., LOG-FMEA)
- Prepare and facilitate for the internal & external audits for logistics activities
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes including prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
- Update and evaluating new or changed CDs/ISO, IATF, QM requirements
- Work on logistical projects with clients and vendors to minimize complaints.
- Be the formal customer contact person for Quality Management & Method (QMM)
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related fields
Education requirements
- Have 5 year experience in logistics or supply chain
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- 8D methods for sustainable measures
- Knowledge of Quality Management & Method (QMM) or Manufacturing Operating Expense (MOE)
- Production (or logistics) process engineering and improvement background is preferred
- Good communication in English and can work with cross functional team
