Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Human Resources especially in recruiting roles including manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage as well as prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job channels.
- Source, attract and screen suitable candidates by using databases, social media etc. and conduct interviews by using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and onboarding new employees smoothly.
- Other tasks for general affairs roles such as support general administration, organize and support company’s activities and assigned by the management.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields and possess least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and General Affairs or related roles
- Strong in knowledge and experiences in recruitment, training, administration functions
- Self-driven & motivated and familiar working in dynamics and handling multiple assignments environment and multinational corporations
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills both in Thai and English as well as computer and social media etc.
