Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare BIM execution plans and project specific training documentation.
- Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.
- Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required.
- Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
- Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.
- Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support.
- Production of a federated BIM model, and interference and clash management and coordination.
- Issue an approved design changes and assure the execution.
- Develop a detailed responsibility matrix.
Qualifications:
- At least 7-10 years of factory design, BIM specialist or civil engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or engineer.
- Certificate of BIM, License of Engineering or Architecture
- Good knowledge of Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP, and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
