Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Manage processes for financial statements, financial forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, foreign exchange rate, costing, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company.
• Responsible for proper internal controls to ensure that matters within scope of responsibilities comply with relevant laws, local regulations, and company’s strategies/policies.
• Responsible for financial supervision of projects.
• Manage, motivate, and coach staff in the department and foster cross functional communication and cooperation.
• Analyze current and future business operations and plan to determine financial effectiveness.
• Perform credit reviews. Manage, monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Involvement in Revenue and Cost teams to generate incremental revenue and cost reductions.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and local statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports to Company management, coordinate and review annual statutory audits and corporate tax returns.
• Coordinate and liaise with banks.
• Preparation of Audit committee paper and minutes and preparation of finance paper for Board meetings. Attendance in Audit Committee meetings.
• Participation in company on registration.
• Identify process improvements/new systems for ongoing productive/efficiencies improvements related to Finance in all Functions. 

·        Thai native speaker

·        Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Financial Management

·    At least 5-10 years in CFO, FC, Finance Director, Senior Manager or relevant positions from trading, services, FMCG or relevant businesses

·        Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills

·        CPD or CPA license and auditing background would be a plus but not necessary

·        Working experiences in public companies are preferred or IPO processing

·        Good communication in English and competent in Microsoft Office especially in Excel or ERP programs

·    Proactive, assertive, strong analytical skills, creative, eager for success, straight forward, aggressive to success.
