Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall planning, directing and controlling and providing monthly reporting to corporate controller including reviewing cost center and budget plan to aligned with corporate and others.
- Support account closing of monthly, quarterly and annual general ledgers in order to assure the punctuality and accuracy of the reports produced as well as support & perform inventory control and support to ensure all Account Payable and Account Receivable aging reports have valid reasons as ages and confirm for a solid follow up action.
- Check & review sales report, depreciation calculation & asset registration, trial balance and prepare financial statement monthly report and other reports as the management required as well as prepare & review costing sheet.
- Prepare & provide all supporting documents and coordinate with other departments to prepare company’s annual budget and assist in creating management reports by working on the report customization as per management’s requirement.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the management.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields with at least 5 years’ experience in all accounting functions/budget controlling and controller and background of industrial or manufacturing businesses
- Proactive and have an attitude for problem-solving, team player/communication skills and able to work under pressure and to keep deadlines
- Experience of working in Automotive Manufacturing would be advantage
- Fluent communication in English skills and proficient in Microsoft Office or ERP especially Excel and SAP
