Job Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and process, updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  2. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  3. Conducting training sessions with team members, Orientation, Administering on-the-job training programs.
  4. Coordinate with agency and provide document for Visa & Work permit.
  5. Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance.
  6. Hands on experience in HR function
  7. Other tasks assigned by manager
  8. Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred;
  9. Open mind, great ability to adapt to and learn new things.
  10. Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility, result focus.
Experience requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years experiences in recruitment.
  3. Having experience in a trading firm of a multi-national organization: import & export or logistic industry experience would be advantage.
  4. Good command of spoken and written English.
  5. Self-motivated, service minded, work smart, results oriented and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment.
