Surveys: What kind of leader do Thais prefer to work for?
Leader is important or the most important factor of employee’s decision whether to leave or to stay. Leaders should be aware, learn, and adapt themselves to encourage and retain talented employees to work for them for years, if not until they retire.

Adecco Group Thailand sees the importance of Leadership so we conducted the survey in Quarter 1, 2018, by 2,076 Thai respondents, showing leadership characteristics’ preference reflecting from four different generation of employees. These findings can also be used to support leaders to learn, understand and modify their behavior in order to retain talents and fulfilling team.
