Adecco Group Thailand launches Salary Guide 2017

Bangkok, January 2017; Adecco Group Thailand launches “Salary Guide 2017” providing salary information on many positions in various businesses and industries while revealing survey results of “Total Rewards for Gen Me”.

Adecco Thailand issued its annual paper providing salary information called “Salary Guide” which over the past year collected actual information from clients of Adecco Group Thailand. This 2017 Salary Guide provides salary information of each position in different professions and industries, including Office, Industrial, Engineering & Technical, Information Technology, Japanese speaking and Thailand based Japanese nationals, from junior positions to middle-management and top-management positions.  Adecco concluded all information and arranged it in table form with a brief job understandable description for all readers. The 2017 Salary Guide’s aim is to benefit both individual and organization in order to acknowledge what the market pays and to decide on what package and remuneration is to be offered.

 

This year Adecco Group Thailand foresees the importance of employee total rewards which truly affects the organization’s ability to attract, motivate and retain talents. Hence, Adecco conducted a survey on the topic of “Total Rewards for Gen me” disclosing rewards preferences of 1,289 respondents in different generations and presented in the form of infographics. This infographics is also featured in this 2017 Salary guide.
