Key Account Manager (Label)

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and secure business solutions or project sales for new and existing key customers according to agreed targets
  • Play an active role in working with other cross-functional teams to offer creative and competitive packages and solutions that meet the customers’ needs
  • Create forecasts and schedules to make sure that product(s) or project(s) are ready on time

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the local agricultural machinery market analysis, policy study and product study
  • Develop and implement country marketing strategy after approved by HQ
  •  Develop Agricultural Machinery Distributor/dealer network in local market and build client portfolio and potential pipeline for business development
  • Support, manage and supervise the distributor daily sales operation to achieve both quantitative and qualitative target
  • Follow and monitor the sub-dealer network performance
  • Develop and plan monthly and quarterly rolling order and delivery plan with the distributor
  •  Follow and monitor distributor financial status, managing manufacturer credit to distributor, putting risk under control
  • Follow and monitor clients satisfaction, develop and implement necessary action to improve client satisfaction level

Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist sales staff to conduct localized maintenance and sales growth development for

existing dealers in overseas markets, provide product training for dealers' sales teams, supervise and plan the action progress of dealers' projects, especially the cooperative maintenance of dealers' key existing end customers and the development of new end customers.

2. Collect, collate, investigate and analyze local market conditions, industry information and competitors' information, as well as market feedback of the company's products, and provide regular feedback to sales and Asia-pacific headquarters.

3.Recommend and assist sales to develop new distributors, achieve new distributors and end customers development goals. Focus on terminal high-quality customers, project development with matching requirement, new channel demand search and development.

4. Cooperate with Chinese sales team to achieve sales target.

5. Responsible for providing information about the company's products and services,

answering customers’ inquires about product consultation, quotation, services, etc.

6. Assist Chinese sales to promote the visibility and influence of company brands in local

potential customers and market .

7. Achieve daily work objectives set by Chinese sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with existing OEMs and develop new accounts - Actively manage OEMs through regular face to face project meetings, identifying and managing projects risks, and organizing appropriate support to deliver on time or early OEM products to market
  • Maintain the relationship with the existing customers and expand the new market to the new customers
  • Analyze market and competitors - capture and analyze competitors and market data for key OEMs
  • Develop of prospecting lists, creation of strong value selling materials, development and review of customer needs, and supplemental market, application and product research as needed
  • Strategic and product planning, develop product and the annual strategic planning process
