Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing overall warehouse and make sure drop-offs and pickups are happening on time and working with carrier on schedule changes, or sweeps.
  • Responsible for improving processes and implementing changes and communicating with third party providers to ensure equipment is operating correctly.
  • Manage cycle count inquiries from buyers and customer service from vendors and accounting and step in where needed in any area of the warehouse when short staffed or increase in workload.
  • Communicate effectively with inventory team regarding inventory in process, or incoming POS and offers improvements where applicable and manages upkeep and maintenance of onsite equipment and proposes additional equipment to management.
  • Assist in helping look at alternative shipping solutions and maximizing profit through shipping and communicate with operations assistant on inventory in building needing transfer orders.
  • Act and manage as main operational point of contact for 3PL clients and ensure warehouse is cycle counted on appropriate schedule vendor as well as maintain accurate inventory counts on moving product, and assist in making sure that all inventory in the building is listed, or committed for orders.
  • Others as assigned by the management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, control, follow-up on the day-to-day management, especially of the Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research & Development, Safety, Supply Chain
