Job Responsibilities

Planning and Strategization

  • Lead the Business Development directions and strategies corresponding to orientation from the management to deliver business targets
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

New business opportunities identification

  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services starting with the local market (Thailand) with perspective of accommodating international and regional clients
  • Generate leads and cold call with prospective customers
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates and business portfolio

Client-facing

  • Be the spokesperson at client-facing opportunities, meetings, events, conferences etc. to leverage contacts and drive business opportunities

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
  • Manage processes for financial statements, financial forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, foreign exchange rate, costing, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company.

  • Responsible for financial supervision of projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and direct financial planning, budgeting and procurement activities. 
  • Provide financial support to Business Management

Human Resource Manager (Thailand & Combodia)

Job Responsibilities

1.Business Partnering;

  • Work closely with Country Manager, Thailand Leadership team and regional/global stakeholders to successfully implement center‐led organizational model to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for Thailand and Cambodia.
  • Align HR practices with strategic business initiatives, provide HR support for employees in Thailand and Cambodia. Keep current of the goals, capabilities, development priorities and needs of the organization and functions they support.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the organization and functions they support.

2. Organizational Development;

  • Initiate a program to develop a culture of excellence in the Thailand and Cambodia business that aligns with the company Core Values. This program should align to the Thailand and Cambodia business strategy, the company culture of Safety and address staff retention by making the company to be employer of choice for employment in the Thailand Agricultural Industry.
  • Facilitates alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management efforts.
  • Evaluate and implement programs to assure retention and competitiveness in the job market.
  • Implement organizational restructure and people decision subject to business needs.
  • Research, recommend, and implement recognition and/or incentive plans and gain necessary approval.

3. Talent Management;

  • Facilitate robust talent review process and succession planning to support business management strategies.

  • Work with line managers on action plans for talent pipeline buildup and management to ensure that all employees have an opportunity to give their best.

4. Compensation & Benefits;

  • Working closely with the C&B COE, learn and keep updated about Thailand and Cambodia labor legislation in C&B field. Ensure our company policies are in line with compliance to the local labor law.
  • Act as SAP / MDM key user for Thailand and Cambodia to maintain employee records like entry / exit / position change with timely update.
  • Responsible to review and update the Monthly / Quarterly Metrics Report for Thailand and Cambodia to enhance the data accuracy, support Thailand total remuneration survey.
  • Coordinate Global Performance Management System implementation in Thailand and Cambodia and support employees to set up BPI’s and KPI’s.
  • Payroll; working with Global Payroll vendor that partnering with local ADP.

5. Employee Relations;

  • Address day to day employee/manager relations to initiate employee communication activities, low performer improvement plan, exit interview, etc.
  • Conduct performance management in line with human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employees receive fair and reasonable treatment to establish a supportive work environment.
  • Responsible for investigating, resolving and advising on employee relations issues and recommend corrective action as needed.
  • Develop, identify and establish effective communication channels internally and externally deliverables.
  • Initiate corporate social responsibility activities in Thailand and Cambodia, which can foster a good and healthy company image in Thailand and Cambodia.
  • Set the tone in the organization in influencing and continuing to implement best‐in‐class safety behaviors (particularly with fields sales professionals), application of Responsible Care where and when necessary and

        

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration and related field.
  • Requires 8-10 years working experience as HR Generalist role in multi‐national companies or HRBP functions.
  • Generalist experience in functions that include employee relations, talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits.
  • Excellence in English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive in dealing with emerging issues and responsive in a timely manner to the management and employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drafts and reviews a wide range of domestic and international business agreements across Asia Markets, including other legal documents.

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications
