Assistant IT Manager

Job description( English or Thai )

Assign IT Staff daily jobs and check "to-do" lists. Provide training on all required theoretical and practical procedures. Troubleshoot and provide support under corporate standards. Document and archive all correspondence and retain a record of troubleshoot related matters. Follow up with suppliers’ visits and maintenance. Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher level. Assist existing/new units when it is required, with approval of IT Manager.

กำหนดหน้าที่รับผิดชอบและบัญชีรายการสิ่งที่ต้องทำในแต่ละวันแก่พนักงาน ฝึกอบรมพนักงานในเรื่องขั้นตอนการทำงานที่จำเป็นทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ การแก้ปัญหา และให้การสนับสนุนอื่นๆตามมาตรฐานขององค์กร จัดเก็บเอกสารการติดต่อและการแก้ปัญหาต่างๆทั้งหมด ติดตามเรื่องการเข้าพบของซัพพลายเออร์ และเรื่องการบำรุงรักษาระบบ พัฒนาและปรับความคิดใดๆที่จะช่วยทำให้การบริการด้านไอทีให้ดีขึ้น ช่วยงานกับหน่วยงานที่มีอยู่ / หรือหน่วยงานใหม่ๆ เมื่อถูกร้องขอ ภายใต้การอนุมัติของผู้จัดการด้านไอที
