Provide support to end users about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers, such as operations, development and other business units. Assist in the design, delivery and improvement of in-house software applications training programs and related courseware.

ช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้ในการใช้โปรแกรมซอฟแวร์ประเภทต่างๆอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีประสิทธิผล เพื่อตอบสนองวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานของแอปพลิเคชันและซอฟต์แวร์ของลูกค้าภายในองค์กรทั้งหมด เช่นฝ่ายดำเนินงาน ฝ่ายพัฒนา และหน่วยธุรกิจอื่นๆ ให้ความช่วยเหลือในการออกแบบ การส่งมอบงาน และการปรับปรุงโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมภายในเรื่องการใช้ซอฟแวร์และโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
