Oversee sales related matters. Recruit and train staff. Maintain Health and Safety in workplace. Set and manage security policies. Propose and implement promotions and special offers. Develop marketing strategies and do merchandising. Maintain the budgets and expenditure. Keep abreast of stocks and merchandise levels.
