Job Position: Strategic Planning Manager - Automotive Leasing Company

Work location: Bangkok

Our client is a well-known automotive leasing services company. The company has been established for over 20 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Lead and manage a team to monitor, analyze, and report sales performance while coordinating strategy development and execution

• Support sales operations by providing data analysis, reports, and marketing activity insights

Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, streamline standard operating procedures, and introduce new products and services

• Prepare reports, presentation materials, and conduct training sessions as required

• Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide support to management

• Perform other duties as assigned

ประสบการณ์

• Over 10 years in Sales or Sales Administration (experience in auto leasing or rental car business is an advantage)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, competition, and future forecasts

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or strategic planning, with the ability to lead teams effectively

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields

• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+) is preferred
