The Head of Business Expansion will drive market entry and expansion strategies for the brand under a new entity. This role includes the spearheading of market research, brand relaunch strategy, and real estate approach for the brand. You will be responsible for site selection, conducting feasibility studies, and leading negotiations with stakeholders to secure new retail locations. Additionally, you will manage relationships with multinational stakeholders, stay informed on market trends, and ensure brand strategies are in line with both business objectives and customer needs.

Job Description:

  • Market Entry & Roll-out Strategy: Develop and implement market entry and roll-out strategies for the brand under a new entity, ensuring a smooth and strategic introduction to new markets.
  • Brand Relaunch Strategy: Spearhead the brand relaunch strategy by adopting a real estate approach to ensure the brand aligns with current trends and customer demands.
  • Market Research: Lead comprehensive market research on market potential, catchment areas, and customer profiles. Use this data to create accurate estimates and identify high-potential sites for brand entry and nationwide expansion.
  • Site Selection Criteria: Develop and implement site selection criteria that ensure locations are brand-appropriate and customer-centric, maximizing the brand's market impact.
  • Feasibility Studies: Drive commercial feasibility studies in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to assess potential new locations.
  • Real Estate Management: Independently manage all real estate-related matters, including negotiations and securing retail space for expansion.
  • Multinational Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage communications with multinational stakeholders via various channels to ensure alignment on goals and expansion plans.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated with the competitive landscape, emerging apparel trends, and upcoming retail destinations to drive brand growth.
  • Retail Developer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail developers and other external stakeholders to support long-term expansion plans and company growth.


ประสบการณ์

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail business development, business expansion or brand management within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven success in driving market entry strategies and brand relaunch initiatives, particularly through retail and real estate expansion.
  • Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.


การศึกษา
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. (A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a relevant field would be an advantage.)
