รายละเอียดงาน

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Sales Management: Oversee both domestic and international sales territories, monitor team and distributor performance, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Contract Oversight: Lead the negotiation and renewal of contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with legal standards.
• Operations Management: Supervise the execution of scent marketing projects, daily operational processes, and the establishment of technician and distributor networks throughout Thailand and Asia.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, focusing on boosting their performance and facilitating their professional development.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly business performance reports to shareholders, providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations.

ประสบการณ์

• Background in B2B sales, preferably with experience working with clients from the hotel industry and cosmetics / FMCG brands
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of the hotel industry
• Strong analytical abilities
• Passion for building and maintaining client relationships and effective communication

การศึกษา

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
