We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager – OTC to lead sales operations in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for managing a field team, driving OTC product sales, expanding market presence, and achieving regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share for OTC products.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Conduct field visits and support promotional activities.
- Submit regular reports and insights to management.
การศึกษา
Requirements:
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of pharma sales experience, with 2+ years in an ASM role (preferably OTC).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
