• Operational Oversight: Lead and manage daily workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support service advisors, mechanics, and support staff to maintain high levels of productivity and teamwork.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, repeat business, revenue, and profitability.
• Customer Relations: Address customer escalations promptly and uphold exceptional service standards to enhance customer experience.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory of parts and equipment to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor Management: Identify and onboard new suppliers and vendors; coordinate procurement to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and profitability.
• Staff Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive operational and financial reports to the Managing Director.

• 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in automotive or service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficient in performance analysis and financial oversight
• Experience with process improvement and vendor coordination
• Familiar with workshop systems and inventory management

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
