We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for our client in the consumer goods sector.

This role is responsible for driving business growth, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects and campaigns in alignment with regional and global strategies.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives in line with regional direction
• Identify growth opportunities through sales performance review, customer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Lead the planning and execution of promotions, events, and new product launches to strengthen the product portfolio
• Design and implement strategic tools and training programs to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders to support business processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure target achievement
• Collaborate with external partners on POSM development (e.g., banners, flyers, digital assets)
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns and PR activities across digital, social, and traditional media
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project approvals and seamless execution
• Liaise with regional and global stakeholders on key projects and assigned initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and corporate guidelines

ประสบการณ์

• Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies and plans
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel as required

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
