We're looking for a talented Operations Manager to lead our import and distribution team!

This individual will manage operational excellence across our Bangkok branches, driving sales growth and developing new initiatives. The role involves closing B2B deals, managing the retail team's performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make a real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Oversee all daily operations for our Bangkok branches, from reporting and purchasing to stock management and distribution.
• Drive Excellence: Manage and enhance on-site brand operations, focusing on improving operational efficiency, quality control, and compliance.
• Optimize Logistics: Ensure the seamless, timely, and cost-effective execution of all logistics operation.
• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Financials: Prepare detailed reviews, reports, forecasts, and budgets, with a focus on effective P&L management.
• Collaborate for Growth: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business-driving initiatives.
• Support Business Development: Plan and execute events like trade shows, exhibitions, and other activities crucial for business growth.

ประสบการณ์

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the import and distribution sector.
• Experience in the B2B sales channel is highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a relevant field.
