- Build team’s essential capabilities and to generate quality outputs
- Manage and drive team’s performances
- Report, deep dive and analyze data on a weekly basis to get insights on performances and trends, identify areas of improvement and opportunity for growths, and recommend actions
- Manages and monitors sales forecasts, budgets, volume, revenues and cost to identify improvement areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources to improve overall sales performance.
- Build the high-performing sales force team.
ประสบการณ์
- At least 10 - 15 years of work experience in Engineering Products especially Chemical Product will be advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong team management skills
- Very good at English
การศึกษา
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environment Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or any related field
